    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST (GMT-08:00) will be processed on the next business day.

        🚫 Delivery Failures

        If your package cannot be delivered due to:

        • Incorrect shipping information

        • Unavailability to receive the package

        • Refusal of delivery

        The order will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

        Need to update your delivery address?

        After your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.


        📦 Receiving Your Order

        When your package arrives, inspect it carefully before accepting. If the item is damaged or opened, either refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged” and notify us immediately at the email above.


        Order Cancellations

        If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll provide a full refund upon cancellation.

        If it has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on returning your item.


        🎁 Gift Wrapping

        We currently do not offer gift-wrapping services.


        📅 Holiday Notice

        We do not process or deliver orders on Bank Holidays. Orders will resume on the following working day.

        TruePath Health does not charge any additional taxes beyond the listed price at checkout.
